The design for Hatcher Capital Investments creates a refined, professional environment tailored to each team member. Private offices feature customizable finishes, storage, and layouts, while the break room offers flexible, user‑driven configurations with comfortable seating and curated amenities. To clearly communicate these options, both plan‑view and perspective renderings were developed, plan views illustrating spatial flow and adjacencies, and perspectives conveying materiality, lighting, and the overall user experience.
