Fun fact: The story of "Cove Creek" is thread throughout Heather's family history. Deep in the woods of Damascus, Arkansas sits an old metal bridge over Cove Creek leading to Camp Rockefeller, where Heather and her father worked growing up. That same camp is where Heather met her husband, David!

We are a select group of talented designers who are passionate about furniture and making the world a little better project by project. We work closely with furniture manufacturers, dealerships and end users to find innovative solutions for the workplace.

Heather Ashley

Owner | Principal Designer
Since 2017, Heather has been designing commercial interiors alongside dealerships carrying Kimball, Hon, and OFS products. Drawing from her own in-house design experience, Heather founded Cove Creek to offer dealers much-needed support in design, specifications, and budgeting their large commercial projects. Clients enjoy Heather's live design experience-an interactive approach to design that includes real-time updates and layout options.
Whitney Melon

Lead Design
Whitney is a dedicated Interior Designer in the pursuit of creating sophisticated and functional spaces. She possesses a deep understanding of design principles and commitment to excellence, specializing in transforming renderings into reality. With a BA in Interior Design from UCA and a well-trained eye for detail, materials, and texture selection, she is committed to delivering outstanding solutions and a fresh perspective to every project.
Sarah Jackson

Senior Designer | Operations Manager
Born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Sarah branched out to pursue her love of creativity in Tulsa. After graduating in 2019 from TCC with an AD in Interior Design, Sarah followed her love for commercial furniture. Sarah has proven success in designing and aiding clients to find the best fit for their commercial space using her expert knowledge and experience of furniture manufacturing.
Hannah Calvert

Senior Designer | Business Development Lead
Hannah is a Nashville‑born designer with a BFA in Interior Design from Watkins College of Art, bringing a versatile blend of creativity and technical expertise to every project. After beginning in residential design and moving into the commercial furniture industry in 2016, she’s gained experience across Corporate, Music, Government, Healthcare, K‑12, and Higher Education environments. Her work and passion is rooted in empathy, precision, and a desire to create meaningful, motivating spaces that elevate everyday experiences.
Jennifer Kirk

Designer
Jennifer believes the journey is just as important as the destination. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BS in interior design, Jennifer approaches every project with the goal of creating spaces that feel timeless, relevant, and deeply personal. Her favorite part of the process is weaving historical context and storytelling into a design, ensuring the finished space doesn't just look beautiful, but truly reflects the user's past, present, and future. She’s committed to making the design process a smooth and enjoyable experience for all her clients.
Courtney Fields

Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, she manages critical administrative tasks that keep the business moving forward.
